Written by Moja Bot

What's new

  • Admins can assign an Editor role for day-to-day operational configuration and reporting.

  • Editors can work with campaigns, numbers, buyers, publishers, targets, routing plans, call flows, Voice Agents, and supported integration settings.

  • Editors can access reporting, including QAI analysis and RTB Pulse where those are already enabled.

  • Billing, member invitations and role changes, Audit log, organization API keys, and other Admin-only tools remain restricted.

  • Editor access applies across the organization—it does not restrict the user to selected campaigns.

How to use it

  • Sign in as an Admin and open Admin → My account → Organization.

  • To invite someone, choose Invite, enter their email, select Editor, and send the invitation.

  • To update an existing member, open their role menu and select Editor.

  • The user can then sign in to configure and review operations without receiving Admin billing or membership controls.

Impact

  • Teams can delegate operational work without sharing full Admin access.

  • Existing Admin, Member, Publisher, and Buyer access is unchanged.
