What’s new
• Call Log requests and exports accept date ranges of up to 31 days.
• The date picker explains the limit, hides longer presets, and prevents oversized selections.
• Older report links with longer ranges open the final 31 days of that range, with a notice.
• Direct over-limit call-log requests receive an explanatory error rather than being silently shortened.
How to use it
• Select a reporting window of no more than 31 days.
• For longer history, review or export consecutive windows.
• Check the displayed dates when opening an older saved link.
• Use the date picker under QAI Analysis → Reports for QAI reporting.
Impact
• Bounds individual call-log requests and makes the supported window explicit.
• The shared Reporting picker applies its selected window to the summary and charts too. This is not a blanket 31-day restriction on every summary/reporting API.
• Older call history is not deleted by this change.
